Miller Vinyl Coated Wire Rope Lanyard with SofShop Shock Absorber is designed to reduce the fall-arresting force

Features & Applications:

In an actual fall, maximum protection must be given to the worker by arresting the fall as safely and comfortablty as possible. Each SofStop pack contains an inner core of shock-absorbing material designed to expand a maximum of three-and-a-half feet, allowing a soft, stable stop during a fall. For additional protection, each pack contains a back-up safety strap for added strength. SofStop can be used as a stand alone unit, or built into lanyards, harnesses, and body belts. SofStop unit consists of a 9/32" diameter vinyl-coated steel cable six foot lanyard. Meets OSHA and ANSI requirements.
